سال 1388 خورشيدی سال ميراث فرهنگی و طبيعی اصفهان

 نام می گيرد

بنياد ميراث پاسارگاد، بنا بر سنت هر ساله خود، در آستانه ی فرا رسيدن بهار وسال نوی 1388 خورشيدی، (2548 پاسارگادی) امسال را «سال ميراث فرهنگی و طبيعی اصفهان» می نامد تا نظر ايرانيان و همه ی فرهنگ دوستان جهان را نسبت به ستمی که بر اين شهر تاريخی، اين نصف جهان زيبا، می رود بيش از پيش جلب کند.

متاسفانه، در سال های اخير، و به ويژه در سال گذشته، علاوه بر بی توجهی های عمدی و غيرعمدی دولت و مسئولين سازمان های ميراث فرهنگی و محيط زيست ايران نسبت به کل ميراث بشری اين سرزمين، سايه ی سياه اين ويرانگری ها برشهر اصفهان، شهر زيبای پل های منحصر بفرد و گنبدهای فيروزه ای ايرانی، افتاده است. همه ی گزارش ها نشان دهنده ی آن است که ميراث تاريخی و فرهنگی اصفهان ـ که بخشی از آن  جزو ميراث جهانی و بشری محسوب می شود ـ به شدت در آستانه ی ويرانی قرار گرفته؛ و اين فاجعه ای است جبران ناپذير که سکوت و بی توجهی نسبت به آن شايسته ی انسان متمدن امروز نيست.

بايد بياد داشته باشيم که انسان پيشرفته ی امروز به تجربه دريافته است که تنها اهميت دادن به مجموعه ای از ارزش های گرانمايه ی بشری می تواند تفاوت معنوی و شگرف او را نسبت به انسان دوران وحش و خارج شونده از ظلمات قرون وسطی آشکار سازد.

اين ارزش ها از آزادی و صلح و حقوق بشر گرفته تا مبارزه با تبعيض های نژادی، مذهبی، جنسيتی، فقر، بی عدالتی، و بالاخره کوشش در راستای حفظ و اهميت ميراث های فرهنگی و طبيعی است که دست آورد سرفرازانه ی او را در طول تاريخ تکاملش نشان می دهند. انسان امروز، با اين که به داشتن بالاترين تکنولوژی های طول تاريخ مغرور است، به خوبی دريافته که بهره وری از اين تکنولوژی ها تنها در سايه ی درک ارزش های فرهنگی بشری و امکان دادن به تبادل اين ارزش ها در بين ملت های جهان امکان پذير است و بس.

و چنين است که ميراث های فرهنگی، تاريخی و طبيعی همه ی جوامع اکنون در زمره ی سرچشمه های ارزش های فرهنگی و دست آوردهای معنوی مردمان جهان قرار گرفته و  حفظ و نگاهداری از آن ها از وظايف و حقوق مسلم و جدی هر انسان متمدنی است.

بر اساس اين واقعيت های آشکار، و نيز به احترام شروع سال نوی ايرانی، که نماد انسانی، زيبا و روشن ارزش های زنده و شفاف فرهنگ سرزمين ايران است، و با توجه به نياز شديدی که برای تشويق همگان به کوشش در راستای حفظ و نگاهداری ميراث در خطر شهر زيبای اصفهان وجود دارد، بنياد ميراث پاسارگاد از همگان می خواهد تا در سراسر سال 1388، با هر امکان و وسيله ای که در اختيار دارند، در آگاه سازی مردمان و بسيج همگانی برای نگاهبانی و نجات اين ميراث با ارزش و جهانی پيشقدم شوند.

همچنين، اين «بنياد» و کميته ی وابسته به آن ـ «کميته ی نجات پاسارگاد» ـ اعلام می دارند که آمادگی دارند تا همه ی دادخواست ها و درخواست های سازمان ها، افراد و گروه هايي را که به اين مهم ياری برسانند در مراجع و رسانه های بين المللی منعکس سازند.

با آرزوی اين که سال نوی ايرانی، به عنوان سالی که در آن ملتی برای حفظ ميراث های فرهنگی و طبيعی خويش به پا خواسته است، در تاريخ سرزمين مان بدرخشد و اين نسل را در برابر نسل هایی که خواهند آمد و سند هويت شان را در همين ميراث ها جستجو خواهند کرد سرفراز سازد.

The New Iranian Year is declared by

The Pasargad Heritage Foundation,

As “The Year of Isfahan’s Cultural and Natural Heritage”

On the advent of a new spring and the Iranian Nowruz (New Year), Pasargad Heritage Foundation is declaring the Iranian year of 1388 (2548) as “The Year of Isfahan’s Cultural and Natural Heritage” in an effort to seek the attention of Iranians and all the friends of World Cultures to the plight of a historical city that is known as “Half-of-the world.”

Unfortunately, during the recent years, and especially during the present Iranian year that is coming to its end, in addition to all the intentional and unintentional neglect of the irresponsible Islamic authorities towards the totality of Iranian cultural and natural heritage, the dark shadow of destruction has fallen upon the beautiful city of unique bridges and turquoise domes. All reports are telling us that the heritage of this city, part of which is actually considered as World Heritage, is on the verge of destruction. This is a major irreparable catastrophe that cannot be ignored by the civilized mankind.

We have to bear in mind that the progressive man of today has recognized that one would not be considered a human who has emerged from the wild and has surpassed the darkness of the middle ages if he/she does not see such valuable human gains as the differentiating criteria of him/her from our early ancestors.

From freedom, peace, and human rights to man’s struggle against race, religious and sexual discrimination, poverty, and injustice, to his/her endeavors for the preservation of cultural and natural heritage, all are considered as man’s proud gains during a long history of evolution. Although the contemporary man is proud of his/her technological advancements, he/she has realized that such gains would not reflect his great elevation if they are not seen on the background of human cultural values and their inter-exchange.

It is upon such understanding that the cultural, historical and natural heritage of all human societies are considered as the sources of such values that are worthy of preservation by every civilized human-being.

Based upon such evidence, and to welcome the arrival of the Iranian New Year - this beautiful and brilliant symbol of Iranian cultural values - Pasargad Heritage Foundation would like to take the opportunity to ask for the attention of everyone to the dire necessity of getting involved in the preservation of the beautiful Isfahan’s heritage and by naming the solar year of 1388 as “The Year of Isfahan’s Cultural and Natural Heritage,” it hopes that this focused attention would persist all through this year. PHF invites everyone to use all their available means to spread the word and mobilize others to get involved in the struggle to save Isfahan.

At the same time, both PHF and its Committee to Save Pasargad are ready to channel all demands and petitions to the proper International organizations.

We wish that the New Iranian Year would prove to be a year that witnesses the national mobilization of an ancient nation to preserve its cultural and natural heritage and identity, making the present generation a proud one on the annals of history and in the eyes of the generations to come.
